Awesome. This is really a great pic!

Very cool Joe...dark and ominous...I like it...

Thank you Mike, Joe, MapleLeaf and Mike for your kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed the pic. I had a lot of fun setting it up! Here's another shot of the scene from a different angle. I'm still trying to figure out who won....

Hi Joe ,
That is really cool and filled with emotion , just excellent {bravo}} thanks for sharing ..Regards Gebhard

Rob, Mike W, Gebs & Colman,
Thank you for the compliments and kind comments. I really enjoyed making this scene. I found these lifeless figures to be exploding w/ emotion, and tried to come up w/ a way of showcasing that. I'm really enjoying these fantastic FL Romans and Germanic tribesmen, and I'm glad you guys enjoyed the pics!:smile2:

Noah and Guy,
Thank you so much for your kind words. The inspiration came from FL's stunning creations. I'm looking forward to taking more pics, and I already have a few ideas brewing. I'm happy you guys enjoyed the pics and again I very much appreciate your wonderful comments.

This is one of those times when simplification is very powerful, but it is your wonderful lighting and scene creation that bring it together into something really meaningful. Great Job!!

Super atmosphere..It looks like a "romantic" painting...:)

Joe, simple dio but Oh so dramatic . Only two figures express what was going on there before . I love the dark backdrop.
Well done my friend{bravo}}
