December London show roll call! (1 Viewer)

Yo Troopers, on a serious note hope enough people can get to the London show on Saturday, been watching the weather on Sky man its horrendous conditions. I feel sorry for the guys flying in from around the World IE: Peter you might well be used to snow Peter but the UK isn't they just cannot cope with bad weather, always get caught with their pants down even after two weeks prior warning:(. So Troopers lets be careful out there, and for (trooper) if you travel down the M1 and you get stuck or marooned you know its a months stable duties, same goes for the Sussex Bods & Nottinham storm Troopers;) So use some sense Troopers. Good Luck.
Bernard.

Nottingham Storm Trooper will be curled up asleep on a train, all the way down. :)

Unless a leaf lands on the line of course.....

No mate, but I have got the Scouser computer keyboard which I sometimes use. See if you can decode the message:

AAAAAAAAAAA ;)

Confirmed...will be there...leaving Thursday. Would love to meet some fellow Treefroggers at the show.

Nice one! If you don't manage to identify anyone before hand, you'll find a load of drunken yobs in the bar outside the show hall at 12.30 (or 7.32am if you want to meet Rob). It'd be great to meet up with you.

Cheers
Simon

Unfortunatly I've given up on the idea of leaving my village until the snow has gone. Heading to Maison militaire yesterday, it took two and half hours just to get as far south as Durham! Then an hour stationary on the A1 at Leaming before turning back! The snow is now blizzarding and it's flammin cold. I've seen at least ten jacknifed lorries but they still don't slow down.

Sounds as though the Treefroggers (UK) Battalion's ranks may be a bit thin on Saturday, bet it inspires a lot of dioramas of the Retreat from Moscow variety. Have fitted a snowplough to the Zimmer frame and will do my best to get there but it's all in the lap of the Gods. At least the cold will stop Rob streaking this time.

Apparently it was 'disturbing' for other people in the bar last time. Killjoy's!!

On a more serious note its not looking good train wise this end, as Alan said its in the lap of the Gods right now.

but look at it one way rob the cold couldnt make it any smaller :)

You're not landing at terminal 5 are you Pete?
If so, look forward to seeing you at the March show.

When Norse explorers come to London from their homeland, a wee drop of snow can't slow them down. Might have to zip up my coat if it cools off tonight.

As a Minnesota guy used to living under 20 foot of the white stuff, I'm expecting shorts, shades and flowery shirts. :p
