December London show roll call! (1 Viewer)

I do hope the good folk of K&C UK will be able to get down here ok, they've had a lot of snow up North whilst down here its just a smattering so far. I know one thing for sure, its going to be really cold getting up at 4.30am and heading off to London next Saturday!:(

Rob

Here is the latest from the Met Office Rob, a nine day forecast from next Thursday which obviously includes next weekend. Here's hoping everyone going has a safe journey there and back.

Cheers

Martyn:)

UK Outlook for Thursday 2 Dec 2010 to Saturday 11 Dec 2010:

Further snow showers or longer spells of snow are likely almost anywhere across the UK next week. Eastern and southeastern parts are most at risk, especially on Wednesday, but some central areas will also see snow showers or longer spells of snow. Strong winds may lead to drifing on Wednesday, with some disruption likely in places. Winds should ease through Thursday and Friday, especially in the north, with snow showers continuing in eastern and central areas. The weekend is expected to remain cold in the north and east, with continuing frost and icy roads and further spells of snow or wintry showers. Meanwhile, some western and southern areas may turn slightly less cold during the first weekend. It should become colder again during the second week with wintry showers.

Let's hope that ALL the traders and customers have a safe journey and a prosperous show.

Thanks Mitch, I think once the guys get onto the M1 they may be ok as we've had very little down here, although we will get some tomorrow. Its pretty chilly though, must have been cold at the game wasn't it?. I get a train at about 5am on Saturday morning, brass monkey weather!.

Rob...

Bloody freezing it was minus 4 but, the way we played kept me warm!!! and we should have had all three points but, I would have taken a draw at the start. Definately more snow than last year and the winters only really got started.

Fingers crossed but, as long as they can get the van out of the industrial estate they will be ok on the motorways. Rather apt that the big delivery this wekk is ''Snow Tigers''

If there's snow I'll feel right at home!

Sad that the UK gets some...and our part of Minnesota is still bare! Can't you share?? :D

We have plenty spare your more than welcome. I must have shovelled about a ton this morning getting the two elderly neighbours paths and drives clear. Mind you its really nice and I love christmas so, this all adds to the run in to the holidays.

Rob's already volunteered to clear the bar maid's drive.

Oh dear,

on an off chance I had thought I'd 'pop over' for another show, and have a beer with you guys, but this talk of snow (what ever that is???) is putting me off.

Maybe I'll jsut say home and watch paint dry ... in 38c weather :) :) :)

Have a great day, all of you... but I'll leave my visits to the show until the March or June shows... I DON'T LIKE THE COLD :( :( :(
