Desert Kiwi (Toddy) is in isolation in the Land of the Long White Cloud as am I here in OZ. Being technology challenged, he is a Kiwi after all ^&grin, he has asked me to post some fine dioramas he has created, good job he has done to. :salute::
All are set in Crete 1941...

Loads to take in, but my favourite is the 6 relaxing Germans. Robin.

From the heat and dust of Crete to the chill of the Ardennes.. by Desert Kiwi, alias Toddy.

Looks like Toddy has been having lots to keep him occupied during his isolation !
Hope all will be fine.

Great work with those dioramas,

well done,

John

Toddy,

Fantastic work! Love both scenes, and the photography, especially in the natural light with shadows, was also well done! Also loved the footprints in the snow! Great work!!:salute::

That building looks superb. Maybe Toddy should give up that police gig :wink2:

Thanks for the photos Wayne.

Very nice, love the groundwork and his setups are excellent.

Yeah they look so good together Robin. I've always been a big fan of the non-action poses. Some TS companies really nail it with their resting figures!

I've had my moments in the job Jaz and spending some time fiddling about with my TS collection is long overdue. {sm4}

I'm certainly not getting any younger. ^&grin

Cheers.

I know what you mean, at 61 I feel like I'm getting too old to be playing on the road.

I am not much for commenting on dioramas but really like what Desert Kiwi has done with these nifty little scenes. Well done from an expat now in Tasmania. I am frustrated with having most of my collection in storage in NZ and little new stuff is currently making it through to Aus. I only wish I could spend some of the enforced down time playing with the little guys.

But these scenes cheered me up.

Cheers Gary, that’s a shame mate the little guys are all locked up and in storage mate! I’m sure some new stock will arrive very soon.

Yes I had some time to have a wee play between shifts and it was well over due to be honest. Pleased I made you smile, with a little help from Waynepoo who uploaded my snaps for me as I’m rubbish at it still.

No doubt you’ll be posting again samples of your new “Tassie” collection before you know it.^&grin
