The shot Zulu is the same in each set except for the paint job

Martyn,
Ongoing & perpetual thanks for posting. Was the early version your custom request in grey versus the green? They both look great!

Hi Mike

Glad you like the pictures, I think this set does show considerable changes over the years.

I did indeed ask Len to paint this ambulance grey, I'm glad I did as I have a nice contrast now between grey and green equipment sets.;)

It is interesting to note that Len had the wagons featured in set's BD4 and BD5 painted grey as standard.

Cheers

Martyn:)

Martyn,
Many thanks, and you are 100% in the money! Great contrast and uniqueness with the two together.

Spot the difference;)

There is a major difference between the figures, can anyone tell me what it is?

Martyn,
The Martini-Henry on the left is unloaded, the middle MH is loaded, and the right is jammed!:D

The only thing I see is minor paint differences on the grass bases (shade) and the possible backside loin clothe on the far left figure APPEARS to be dark brown as oppossed to tan on the center and right hand figures. Otherwise, I see nothing. -- lancer

Thanks for your replies;)

The answer is the middle one, all the pieces just lock together they are not fixed.

The set is almost a mini BD9 “THE SPEARS ARE WASHED”

Cheers

Martyn:)
