Fall of singapore looks a very interesting range with great possibilities. Bomb disposal set looks interesting. A good release from the start of the year

K & C definitely started 2012 off with a big bang! These are some great releases. I will definitely be going for the Fall of Singapore sets, the UXB Team, UXB Tilly and that Brit armored car when it finally comes out.

Some brilliant stuff there...

I an MOST surprised with the "Fall of Singapore" figures, now that's really thhinking 'out of the box' and its a wonderful set of figures, that pay homage to the poor souls who were forced into surrender in those fateful days in 1941.

Well Done K&C.

I'm looking forward to see some enterprising dioramas using SOHK buildings to represent Singapore in those dark days. maybe we will now get more from the Pacific Theater of WW2, but on the British/Aussie side?

For my collection, its the Napoleonics in Egypt, there is a place in my cabinet for them :)

So looks like lots of new stuff for many collectors of various eras.

John.

Dispatches are up

For me personally this is an excellent issue of Dispatches, I hardly know where to start!. The Tilly and all accompanying figures I am most certainly going to buy. The AK Dingo is just excellent and I think I'll add that too. The Singapore surrender set is also right on the money, thinking out of the box and taking FOB to a new area. I like the Jap set and wonder if this will herald more Japs in the future. The AK figures are very nice and saw these in London last month. On top of all this not one sing retirement to worry me either^&cool Guys, if you have not got that RAF Sports Car I advise you to get it , its a wonderful release.

Thanks to Andy and K&C for a great start to Dispatches 2012:salute::

A good mix for everyone. Can see the AK photographer being repainted in panzer black and added to dio scenes taking pictures of his fellow crewmen. A nice little figure.

Standouts are for me, the singapore sets. With FOB tags this may look like a anniversary set rather than the start of a range but, who knows??

Not a bad start to the new year!!

If I have enough cash left I'm definitely in for the Singapore set, but have just reserved my UXB Tilly (that'll be Tilly no 4!) and must have all those figs from UXB/Shot down ME109 sets first. I love the battered look of the AK Dingo, looks like its really seen some service in the sandstorms of North Africa^&cool
