Look at all those new figures!. Panzer Grenadiers including dead and wounded, all those AK Figures look really good, and the RAF, Desert and Normandy Austin vans are very nice releases. On top of all this theres the 109 and a Watchtower with Nissen Hut. North Africa big time!.And best of all the legendary Spitfire and RAF Ambulance with loads more RAF figures. This has to be one of the very best dispatches ever.

The interesting thing for me is series 250 as most vehicles if not all can be multi painted I wonder how this will pan out and, what vehicles will be choosen for multiple paints? That is interseting and a great idea, not probably many will agree but, for me, the best thing in this dispatches (though there are quite a few really close) is WSS172 casualty evacuation I think these sets are excellent.

I really like the Me 109. Missed out on a wooden one (asleep at the wheel). I also like the fact that it doesn't come with a pilot in the aircraft.

Yes,

load of WW2, so I'm so glad I'm not into them, I can't afford all that new stuff.

What a pity that Napoleonics have been futher reduced....

but I suupose as a maker Andy & Co just have to listen to the customer, and that whats the majority of collectors want... so lucky you :)

John

Great set of releases !!!!! I have no more room for German WW2.......getting quite overwhelmed!!!!!!!!!!! but love the RAF Austin...will be adding that to my Battle of Britian cabinet.......maybe some new Egyptian sets next time ...:D

Hey John, often retiring sets means K&C are making room for more new sets from that particular range, so maybe there is some on the way;)

Cheers

Well, looks like KC finally is going to get me into the Desert War. Absolutely have to get the Marseille 109. This has been my favorite Luftwaffe character and aircraft ever since I read 'Horrido!' 40 years ago. It will be my first AK piece and I will obviously have to add some of the airfield figures and that tower. What a great set of releases. I will also be chasing many of the HJ grenadiers. This release, alone, will keep me busy for months. Andy must have read my mind on the Marseille piece. Have wanted this forever. Thanks Andy.:D -- Al

The watch tower is really excellent. It can be used in so many different situations than what it was intended for and another dio piece which, was needed. Just had another look at the Kubelwagon and, thats another excellent vehicle.

Same with the WSS grenadiers and, for all arnhem lovers they can be utilised for Arnhem as no arm patches so, everyone is a winner who likes WWII

Wow what a lot of great new items. Those AK soldiers in the long brown coats look great, as well as the AK Kubelwagen. ME 109 looks great too.

Love the Austin series, it'll be interesting to see what this mini-series brings in the future.

The HJ series is one also to collect with the Panther, HJ casualty and Panzer Meyer being for me the stand-out figures of this set.

Not getting the Me109 as it is desert-based, I will just wait (hopefully) for the Battle of Britain version.

A great dispatch!!!

Rob,

Don't give him false hope. You know that range has been retired ;)

I see the price on the new HJ Panther WS176 has been increased to USD $209.

I expect we will hear from Ron anytime now!;)

Just been looking at them carefully and I agree with Mitch, these new HJ figures are really nice. The dead figure and the casualty can both be used in different scenarios and the fighting figures are most welcome.I've also reserved the RAF and Desert Austins, will probably fold and get the Normandy one too:rolleyes:;)
