Encounter at Castle Rock (1 Viewer)

The water looks real and just makes the figures that much more realistic, well done. Robin.

Your rock face on the river bank just makes the scene.

Great job.

Wonderful scene, beautifully put together. Can I ask what is the water treatment?

THAT is one of the most original idea and well constructed ... AND photographed dioramas on this forum. From the three pictures there is going to be a nasty little fight in about 30 seconds. Really well done. {sm4}

I Thank all of you for your generous comments. The water is created from using a creamy paste that I mixed with tube paint (I'm traveling, so I can't find the product right now).

What can be said that hasn't already been said . . . . . Just exceptionally done and well photographed . . . . . .

That is a very nice scene and well thought out. I love your creativity. Like the others have stated, that water is well done. Please share how you made the water once you have a moment.

Again, thank you all for the wonderful comments. Several of you have asked about the water treatment. I used creamy paste (I am away right now) and mixed acrylic paint. I made waves simply by " pulling" on the paste. I also laid down a layer of balsam before hand, traced around boats and then cut out the boat space. That way the boat sits down in the water
