Many thanks Pax, I also have a couple of the original buildings aswell. Paulgreat use of those K&C bldgs.
K n C did a great job on the buildings Robin, hopefully there might be some more in the pipeline. PaulThe facades are nice and the 3d buildings are even better. Robin.
Ha Ha yeah 'my little tank' is on the prowl. The Germans have heard that the painting of the Madonna with the big bobbies is being hid in the Village !
Excellent set up Paul, I can see you've been having lots of fun !![]()
Thanks Steve, yes that is the best thing about our hobby the enjoyment of setting up the diorama. I have got a idea for a Cafe Rene scene but unsure whether our rest of our world friends would like the jokeThe Germans have heard that the painting of the Madonna with the big bobbies is being hid in the Village !

I occasionally try and put something humorous into my set ups, even if it can be grim, some people get it, some don't noice. Thanks Steve, yes that is the best thing about our hobby the enjoyment of setting up the diorama. Many thanks Steve. I'm off to the London toy show in a couple of weeks, picking up a couple of figures which will be perfect for my Allo Allo inspired diorama so keep lookingI occasionally try and put something humorous into my set ups, even if it can be grim, some people get it, some don't noice.
Since we're widely spread and though for the most part, English speakers, the type of humour we enjoy can vary, but that's same everywherere, some love Mr Bean some not, some love the saucy seaside postcard type humour of Allo Allo ! or Up Pompeii, and some get quite pompous, if humour is injected.
They're your displays, so do what you want, for your own enjoyment, if you want to do a serious, as close as you can get it, historically accurate diorama today and something out of Benny Hill tomorrow, so what !
Many thanks Rob, I love when you have set your Normandy village up and seeing the different soldiers in your scenes. All the best PaulLove seeing K&C's Normandy Village pieces in dioramas. Ditto the remarks regarding re. these building facades (and garage). Late war figures are equally sharp.
You've added some nice detailing like the fence as well.
Great dio here!
Many thanks SteveLoves those buildings.
