British 8th, DAK, Italian, there's been some wonderful WWII North Africa vehicles produced by K&C over the years. One of the many reasons I love the N. Africa theme. I thought it might be a fun and interesting topic for N. Africa fans to share their favorite desert vehicle. Tanks, jeeps, armored cars of any army, what is your favorite desert vehicle by K&C?

One caveat, since many love the Tunisian Tiger, an all-time classic, let's exclude this bad boy from the line-up.

I'm going to start out with this little British tank, the M3 Stuart. I've always liked the color scheme and overall design of this little guy. It has a fantastic curb appeal!

Seeing KC/Andy's Honey always brings this pic to mind:

I'm old school. I like Andy's first forays into the desert back in the mid-to-late 1990's. My favorites are the metal SAS Desert Jeeps (SAS001 and SAS002) released in July, 1997, the resin Long Range Desert Group Chevy 30 cwt. Truck, the desert version of the wood Bren Gun carrier and the desert version of the wood Quad Gun & Limber, all released in March, 1998. They all appear on this small modular desert diorama made by King & Country:

Here are some close up shots of my favorites taken by Bill Sager when he came to the second or third New York Symposium:
