To some extent collectors get what they deserve. If they buy historically inaccurate items like the Rammjager, Heydrich set, and AK Tiger, then we get more of the same. Otherwise I'm at a loss as to why KC continues to produce such items. There is some notion that this is a pedantic rivet counting exercise, but we are talking about vehicles that never even existed. How much lower could expectations be if no one even cares about that?
Attached are real WW1 German armored cars...What is shown by KC does not exist in any of my reference sites or books of WW1...In fact, it looks like it was made up of British armored car body parts, as it has features of the Rolls Royce, Lanchester, and Delaunay Belleville. Do not want to create another fantasy vehicle issue, but I would like to know where this model came from? I will still buy it, but I will repaint and add stowage to hide the fanciful features...Michael
