Hey Guys, Tom and Hans checking in. We had a brisk first show day today, it was a whirlwind of activity, special thanks to Brad (Jazzeum) and Louis for helping out! Also special thanks to Matt and the Hobby Bunker Crew for expediting product set up as well as teaching these "novices" a thing or two about table cloths and banners!!! (Special thanks to Bill Murphy (Matt's Dad) on these points!!) Also special thanks to George and his Dad from Minuteman for being supportive of this show exhibitor novus!

Anyhow, a few photos for your enjoyment. As stated on another thread, seeing the Train in its full length is just awesome. I can't describe the 15 feet in length, the pictures will do it justice, I just wish I had a panoramic lens. And when I say the folks who stopped by were "shocked and awed", its an understatement!! On with the photos:

Ok, charging on to the main event tomorrow. Please if you are coming, stop by and chat, we have a nice card for you to fill out and be entered into the closing show drawing. 3 lucky souls will have a chance to WIN 3 very nice surprise sets. Again, it has been a lot of fun to showcase one of the truly unique set-ups in the toy soldier world............the Reichsbahn!

Guys,

Tom and Brad (jazzeum).....thanks for posting the great shots of the Figarti table and sets.

The M1A1 and Stryker look super; the green camo paint job on the Stryker must be a custom request.

Louis......thanks for sharing your new JagPanzer.

Hi Raymond,

That is the production Stryker!

I have a few other photos to post, will be tomorrow night as I am shelacked! I do not envy the folks who regularly do shows. It is a non stop whirlwind. Being next to Hobby Bunker, those guys are working constantly! Also, George at Minuteman was across the aisle and we all know George at shows, watching him made me tired! Anyhow, again, more photos and a summary tomorrow night. I am still amazed at how many folks have never seen the train, the comments were great, people who walked by were amazed. I had a great time telling the history of Figarti and the train. Thanks to all who stopped by, you made it a great show!

Tom

Also the Victory, too. Some people were blown away by that. I was explaining it to one couple and they were very impressed. The wife told the husband he'd have to settle for the brochure ^&grin
