I received these pictures from Peter Wang and wanted to get your impressions.

Check out the last 2 pictures. Interesting and kind of cool. You might have seen this already and I missed your discussion on this already.

GREAT pics and I really like the looks of that artillery piece. The horse-drawn set in combination with the gun is a very expensive proposition, but I'm going to have to find a way to get it into my collection.
Thanks for sharing !

Steve

PS...Anyone got a JSU 152 for sale??

Hey, that is very nice, now if you did a Great War German set like that I would be sold....good work.
Wayne.

Awesome setup not a big fan of the base on the horses but that's nit picking,hopefully one day i will grab one.

base is a bit to large and takes away from a nice set. same went for the HB food trailer. nice set but, does not work well with the gun because of the stand.
Mitch

The gun looks awesome but i agree with Wayne and Mitch on the horse drawn base, it does negate the other good aspects of the set. I suppose you could hide it with snow or ground terrain material though.

I do like the set up in the firing position, and the poses of the crew, but some more gunners would be needed to service this piece.

Good to see the moveable spades so the gun can be used in the travelling mode when the trails are joined, but to be completely accurate the lower sheild should be raised.

If look at the gun being towed, that lower shield would be catching a lot of rubble, rocks and snow as it goes along the tracks....

Still, I'm being 'really picky' with that...

Well Done..... and not GREAT GUN :)

John

Definitely would purchase this winter howitzer when it becomes available{bravo}}{bravo}}.....Well done........ Figarti Artillery....RULES{sm4}
