I had this tank but sold it for a profit and i was shocked back then what someone would pay for one,its a great tank but not 400US+ great IMHO,once other company's start making Russian Armour i think the market might settle down maybe {eek3}

It is an excellent model. Historically accurate and scale accurate. The only flaw was not finishing the top of the tracks right through to the chassis, but it is hard to see that anyway. Desspite the high prices, I'm not selling mine.

you actually sold me the "Beast" which I just traded for a Silk Road Elephant!!!!!!!! (plus a few other sets of Jenkins). I gave up on Russian front. The only stuff I have left is very early K&C T34 set and the SU 85 set. I keep them b/c I like the early "rough" K&C armor sets. They are nostalgic to me.


Anyhow, I am shocked on the price.

I must have made a mistake , but I was sure I saw 3 bids with $605 top Sunday afternoon when looking at Figarti auctions. Might still get there again,only 100 made . I think even with more Russian armor showing up in the future like a T34, this JS-2 will be vey unique to the collector who wants ALL Russian armor

If my memory serves me right, one sold in the past few months on eBay for almost $500. Maybe more.

You are correct. I have been looking for both of these models for a while now and have seen them on eBay a few times.

Maybe with enough interest in Russian armor, Figarti might come out with a Winter camo version in both of these tanks. Figarti has done this with many of their releases the past few years. Panzer IV, Flak 88, Stuka Hanomag, Sherman Dozer.

Final price was $455, I think this makes the Top 10 list of Most expensive Tanks I have seen sold on eBay??? Criteria is Made since 2006 when I started collecting
