Figarti Westcoaster pics (1 Viewer)

Joe mate,
Just arrived home from a 16 hour flight and must say your photos are magnificent on all threads. It was great to catch up again and chat over a cold ale.:smile2:
I see from the postings that my good mate Blowtorch was at the Show. I am a bit disappointed that he didn't come up and say G'day and join us in a drink. Oh well it takes all types to make a world.
Keep up the great photos cobber. Until we meet again in Chicago.
Cheers Howard

After seeing the loader I think I might have to add it to my Karl. The rail carrier will be delivered tomarrow. Ron

Ron,. . . I got my Rail Carrier today along with 2 Box Cars & the 20mm Quad Gun Set. A limited amount of the Pz.IV Loader will be in next week, of which one is mine. .:D The rest of the Loaders, I'm told, will be available in a couple of months, or so.

I have to say the Karl Rail Carrier Set looks FAR better in hand than it does in the pictures shown on this thread . . :D Anyone that has the Karl, do yourself as favor and DON'T miss out on the Carrier Set . . .

Does that mean HB finally has the Rail Carrier in stock?

Also, does the carrier come with any figures?

Mark,

HB does have it in stock because I got it from George Guerriero of Minuteman this past Sunday. It comes with two figures.

Regards,

Hi Howard, Whatr a brutal flight!! I'm glad you are home safe and sound. You'll have to share w/ me what you picked up at the show. It was just the best time. It was great to see you, and you win the award for the funnest, most energetic toy soldier collector! My wife was looking forward to meeting you as well; she really enjoy chatting w/ you. I didn't realize you were so interested in snowy AFV's and scenery:tongue:! I thought we had rounded up all the Treefroggers at the show, but I guess we missed one. Oh well, there's always next year, which I have already begun looking forward to. No need to thank me for the pics; it is my pleasure to provide coverage of such a blazing fun time. I'm glad you've enjoyed the pics. Thanks again for all the fun; it's a great hobby, isn't it? Cheers mate, Joe

Yes HB has in stock. Mine arrived today. It comes with two figures. They are guard figures on standing and the other sitting with a M40. It was packaged very will all arived in excellent condition. Rick should put some assembly instructions or picture of how things go together, would take some of the guess work out of buting this monster together. How I have to find a place to display it. It is very impressive!!...Ron

Thanks everyone - just ordered mine and it's evidently on it's way.

I do worry about assembling the two pieces without damaging it. It was hard enough putting the few pieces of the Karl together, and I still haven't been able to connect the BR loco to it's tender.

Printed instructions would probably be too late, but maybe Rick (or someone) could post a few step by step photos. And/or things to watch out for.

Really love this line. My dad collected Lionel trains and I don't think there was a WWII documentary he didn't watch...he would have been awed by this.

FIGARTI needs to improve on the GERMAN HELMETS - They look too close to the First World War Stormtrooper helmets IMO.
