Fleeing from the Russians (1 Viewer)

Steve - Very nicely done series of photos to view while I enjoy my morning coffee. Great use of the JG Miniatures building as a back drop.

Cheers Mike

Think tomorrow I will move the dio around and take some side shots, which might look better.

Steve

Another beauty Steve. Your collection continues to grow with every dio. Very addictive{sm4}{sm4} Robin.

You're telling me Robin.

The more I delve into past releases the more I spend. I'd shout for help as a drowning man, but I'm enjoying it too much {eek3}:wink2:.

This is a great diorama Steve . A lot of panic in the street !!!!!! Beautiful pictures by the way ….
guy:smile2:

Ordered Chaos ... !!

From the photos it looks like that was a fun design and build.
The set of figures fits the look and feel from the Army figures to the civilians.

That's a target rich environment.

Not to mention the officer is pointing east and everyone else is heading west, majority rules.

Thanks Larry, I reckon the scene could do with a few more civilians, but I'll have to make do with those I have for now with pretty much everything sold out long ago.

Ah well George, the officer is probably saying something like, You chaps carry on fighting the dastardly Bolsheviks while I do a runner back to Germany.

Steve

So well done Steve. The refugees are a nice touch. Chris

Thank you Chris, hopefully the refugees adds to the scene of some of the last months of the war in Europe, with them desperately fleeing West to get away before the Soviets turned up to exact their revenge.

A motley crew of evacuees, for sure.

Nice use of a wide range of figures; even the AWI AR054 wagon.

Not sure on the brown wagon though .. :rolleyes2: .. who made that one, Steve?

--- Larry

Love the scene ! They clearly need some more traffic control-lol- the addition of the civilians is a very sobering part

Cheers Mike, There are two MP's down there, One holding up the Kubelwagen and another helping a wounded soldier.

Yep ... that's right folks, keep the time and date free.

"Just flew in from Taunton, Mass. …. boy are my arms tired … ;)"
"Found a dead lawyer in the middle of the road. How did you know it was a lawyer? …. NO SKID MARKS … :p"
"What do you call a man with a rubber toe? ..... Roberto!"

"When's the best time to go to the dentist? .... Tooth-hurtie!"

Traveling with George, to the shows, provides ample opportunities to collect material for a new performance each show.
