Gentle Friends,

Most of you know that I am very captivated by the Beau Geste Delhi Durbar figures. However, I do not completely limit myself to only collecting the Durbar figures.

Not only does Beau Geste make beautiful Durbar figures, they also make a delightful series of Band sets. And, I am fortunate enough to own a few such sets. Below you should find some pictures of one of the Beau Geste Bands. It is composed of three sets that, when presented together, complete the entire band. These sets are:

Beau Geste Set #39 - Drummers Line, Regt. D'Isenbourg, 1809

Beau Geste Set #40 - First Line Music Band, Regt. D'Isenbourg, 1809

Beau Geste Set #41 - Winds Line, Regt. D'Isenbourg, 1809

These three sets were retired several years ago and I am pleased to have them on display in my home. I hope you enjoy viewing the figures!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat ;)

A great band set. Was this a French Colonial regiment since I see there are 2 African figures?
