Guys, for anyone who may be unaware of 'Marmite', its a beef spread that most often is either loved or loathed by the general public, even the tv ads play on this! I am well aware that some folk really enjoying the dispatches threads and other cannot stand it and refuse to participate. I have friends on this and another forum who fall into both catergories, so to all I would just like to say these threads are not meant to upset anyone but merely get people talking about the product we enjoy.:smile2:

So....whats on the Horizon as we begin the run in to Aug the 1st? We will of course see the Typhoon launched, but I think Andy said somewhere that there are more D Day figures afoot with perhaps a new AFV. Am also hoping we may see some new releases for the ACW.So what are you guys hoping for and what do you think is most likely to be visited next by K&C?

Rob

John,
I nearly mentioned Vegemite in my post but did not want to offend fellow Aussie forum members {sm4}.

I have been partial to Marmite for a very long time. Tried Vegemite, but only once.

I even tried to find Twiglets recently in one of those British food type places.

Regards
Brett

A Stuka would be great.... but I don't think we will see it this time around....Surely must be done at some point in the near future.

Good point Frank, it would be too close to the Typhoon wouldn't it. I'm sure we will see one at some point once they have sorted the wing difficulty out.

Come on guys.... lets get on with the forecasts of whats coming on Friday....

NOT talking about the thick black 'gooey stuff' that goes onto toast for breakfast!!!!!

Nor .... the Irish Thick black 'gooey stuff'..... GUINESS :) :)

I'll hope its the Napoleon in Egypt Part II that was shown in COLLECTORS #30

What do you think??

Oh.... I remember.. more German WW2, seing we still are missing some of Hitler's troops from the roll call.

John

I'm hoping for Brits, Brits, Brits for my D-Day collection! Andy hinted at it and it would be the right time of year (close enough!) for some D-Day releases. A new British tank or AFV would look just great with the Typhoon roaring over it!!! And on that note, with my newest venture being the RAF, any new items there would be greatly appreciated!

That sounds good to me John BUT i must admit i like those Nap in Egypt figures to im very tempted to get them.

My parents used to have jars of both around ....could not understand why....^&grin

Guys, apart from WW2,which other ranges are due a release soon?

Rob

I'm hoping for Market Garden and more of the 1st Polish Independent parachute Brigade:wink2:

Harrie

I'm hoping for Revolutionary War and a new European Village building.

You Brits and Aussies sure do eat some odd stuff...hahaha just kidding of course. As for the dispatches I dont believe we will be seeing anything that we dont already know is comming, in other words the Typhoon/add-on sets, Albatrosses, and Naps in Egypt. I don't believe we will be seeing any Civil War, Market Garden, or American Revolution. British D-Day is a possibility, but not a probability. But then again you never know, it's impossible to predict with 100% certainty what a dispatch will bring, and the surprises are one of the things I love about K&C so much. ^&cool
