Just started re-reading it and thought I'd do a scene from the book !
Where Mellas leading a patrol and the Scout Dog "Pat" smells NVA ahead.

Great diorama! Matterhorn is one of my favourite books. I hope someday a film director will decide to make a movie or TV series out of it.

Guys the Mist / Fog effect isn't some sort of computer generated effect, I'm not that computer literate. It's just me breathing on the camera lens that gives the effect ! {sm4}
