Excellent Tom, what a great Gray day. Nifty little lookout up on that haystack. The little accessories postioned around completes the diorama nicely. Have to be happy with this. Robin.

"Great day in France" , I really love the pictures and what a nice farm building
guy:)

Love the building ..... where is that from??

I'm sure that I could put it to good use with my Germans ......

King German Legion or Prussians in 1815 :)

or even with Napoleon's Grand Armee :)

Well Done, on another wonderful diorama,

John

Hi John,

If I am not mistaken these are sold by this very interesting Danish site called www.Toysoldiers.dk.....the catch is that it is all in Danish..unless someone has been able to locate an English version...The set in question goes for 159,99 Euros...:cool:
Cheers
Luiz

Excellent Tom; with K&C's September releases and great dios like this, it sucks one back into the "Big Gray". I esp. like this photo (something about the focus):

You've got some great vehicles in your collection and that building looks so cool. Nice accessories as well. I want a K&C farmhouse for some Combat scenes!

Great lighting on all these images. It's very suggestive of the muted sunlight of morning and evening hours in Northern France. I like it!:D

Nice vehicles in front of a great looking bldg for a backdrop. Excellent. Chris

Thanks Robin and yeah, that Jerry fitted nicely on top of my haystack.

Thanks John, Steve and Luiz are correct, the farm house was built by Jakob in Denmark and if you click on the link that Steve provided, you will be able to see it on his site. It's no longer for sale (I grabbed the last one) but he would be happy to build it for you.

Thanks Luiz and yeah, your spot on.

Thanks Rob, I took quite a few pic's to get the shots I liked and this one came out particulary well. The farmhouse is only a facade but it's fine for displaying and taking dio snaps like what I have done.

Thanks Moe and would you believe the lighting was just ordinary house lights inside my hobby room. If I did the shots outside, then not only would I have gotten sunburnt, the pic's would have come out to bright! It's very hot and sunny in my neck of the woods this time of the year!

Nice vehicles in front of a great looking bldg for a backdrop. Excellent. Chris

Thanks Chris

Thanks to all the likers as well.

Gee Tom , all you need is smoke drifting across and you would be back in 1942 , great setup and buildings cheers graham

Great scene Tom. I almost bought this dio piece from Jakob when it was still available. Looks great, I'm sure you are pleased with it.

Thanks Toddy and yeah, there's a whole bunch in the pipeline, just have to find the time to set them up, take the snaps and then post on the forum.
