This pictures shows the mud I added on the wheels and hull and the square thingys where the fender use to be.

Jeez, that's amazing Alex. What are you planning to with the new Kursk Tiger?

I have an SL just waiting for that. I am glad it looks so good. I am pretty tempted to do it.

Finally we have a Grey One....Excellent job Alex, amazing painting and weathering.

good job my friend.

Rod.

Rob

Alex,
Your the only one I'd trust with my SL!!
So what unit etc.. does this tiger represent??
Ray

Excellent Job as usual Alex....Very Nicely done...Very good add on detail....I often wonder why Andy has been reluctant to release the Tiger Tank in grey.....There have certainly been "numerous requests" for this color scheme for the Tiger and the Panzer III.....

I can see Alex getting a lot of business for repaints of the new Tiger.

Alex, very nice finish. As I have just said on another thread, imho the German stuff looks better in grey.

imho the German stuff looks better in grey Indeed, 10 times better than any cammo.

Nice work and weathering on the Tiger tank. I enjoy your projects and the vehicle looks great. John

Very nice Tiger repaint looks much better than the original

Thanks guys I got the idea from this tank.

That's one of the 2.502 tanks that would have gone to Leningrad in late 12/42, but got diverted to Rostov to become the 3.503 to relieve Stalingrad; when Stalingrad was deemed hopeless, it kept the gate open for Army Group A to withdraw from the Caucasus oilfields. In between the Rostov & Kursk campaigns, the 200 series numbers of the 2.502 got repainted with the 300 series numbers of the 3.503 during refitting outside Kharkov.
