Gulaschkanone (1 Viewer)

As always stunning displays that look so life-like because of your photographic skills. Please never stop posting Frank. IMO, you set the standard.

superb picture but, look at what you have to work with!!! the best 1/30th sets ever released IMO

Brand new publication from Schiffer called "Gulaschkanone". Listed at www.rzm.com, for those of you interested. -- Al

Thank you all for the kind comments.

I played around with different backgrounds and when I tried this one it just blended so well.

I missed this field kitchen. I'd like to see any company produce another 1:30 model with soldiers relaxing/eating.

Really impressed with this piece. Cheers, Robin.

Really nice dio. I like the fact that you have mixed 4 manufacturers in this scene, not counting the structure, which makes 5. Nice job. -- Al

Thanks Al, actually 5 plus the building....TG on roof, HB, K&C, CS vehicle & jj horses. All work well. Cheers, Robin.

Got me, Robin. I missed the TG on the roof. Thought he was KC.:redface2: I love dios with mixed makers. So much to look at. -- Al

Great mix of figures Robin. I really like the camo version as well (I don't have it). I'm not familiar with the JJ horses Do they have a website?

Thanks Frank, see JOHN JENKINS on www.sierratoysodier.com under Battle of Chippewa, this team of 4 horses fit in with 60mm figures. I have ordered a second set as you can never have enough horses in Zulu/WW11 scenes. Cheers, Robin.

I kinda stress this exact point at the shop but I am told that it makes it harder to sell the sets. But one should feel completely free at home to do this. {sm3}
