Have a good time as I enjoy myself with my displays (1 Viewer)

Carlo...this thread just answered my question on your show pictures thread...as always...your buildings are the best...

Agree I have quite a few of them and they are the best buildings going. Robin.

thank you Wayne, the VW Beetle is a 1:32 diecast with oval window may be by Welly or Lucky Toy, I bought it on e.bay and I converted it in a WH Car. The truck is an obsolete German Cursor model in 1:35 scale but suitable for 60mm IMO. The driver is a SIKU figure. I post some pcts.

Great work Carlo...I, as you know, am a huge admirer of your work and creativity...Love your own personal adaptation of the Munich Bierkellar theme we produced in the latest "Collector"...and the vehicles especially the Beer Truck...

Very expertly executed! All the best, your friend, Andy.

I built this ruined building for a Eastern 1944/45 display. I had a lot of fun detailing the inside and outside of the building.
cheers

You have done a nice job on the detail aspect Carlo. Really handy structure in a war torn town. Robin.

Well done ! The miniature magazines and posters are great. Did you print them off yourself ?

Steve

thank you, you have a good eyesight Steve! Yes I am always looking for small details to print on the web: posters, magazines, advertisements, signals and signs etc...not easy of course.

This looks great Carlo and from what your photos show and envisage I'd say that the building would certainly look great with Roman figures too which is what I thought you were building until I read what you intend. It'll even fit in with WW2 figures.
This I can see will be having the Wow factor when it's complete ! :salute::

Well done indeed ! :salute::

Steve

Carlo...
it looks awesome...
it will suit you well as a tavern...
but it also does remind me of Gordon's Khartoum a bit...
I think a tavern is more versatile...
will lend to more figures than just Gordon and Mahdist...
either way...
it's gonna be a beauty...
