The Old Glory are slightly smaller than Perry, Should be a good match for Foundry at least as far as foot figures go. I dont know about Mounted troops for Napoleonic. I have lots of OG mixed with Foundry for my Ancients and blend well together. I see Perry has Napoleonic Russians and Austrians in both plastic and metal in the works. They are not helping my obsessive compulsive figure disorder.

Warlord games have there 1812 plastic Russians out now,March attack pose only with a few metal command figs thrown in.
Don't think i will head to Russia just yet might hang around Belgium thats enough to work on for now.....Ruskie's are nice easy Naps to paint though!

Just a couple of companies that I would like to mention.They both produce 28mm and 40mm ranges.Knuckleduster www.knuckleduster.com has an excellent 28mm war of 1812 range.Gringo40s www.gringo40s.com has 40mm ranges of The Alamo,Mexican-American War,Mexican Revolution,and the start of a Franco-Prussian War range plus a 28mm Maximillian Adventure range.Another is Trident Design www.miniatureservicecenter.com which has an extensive range of 40mm AWI.
