Indian Wall for Durbar background. (1 Viewer)

I've heard of pink elephants (and may have even seen one or two myself after a nice evening with friends...) but GREEN elephants ????
What colour do you recommend to paint the walls as background for green elephants ? Blue ?? :D:D

Careful Michel. He'll do it! After all, I'm pretty sure he painted Brad's camel green.;)

Here are the first pictures of the larger square tower (next to the already existing elements so you can have an idea of the size).
The upper elements are not finished yet : still need to add details and make moulds of them.
The various elements are also not yet soldered together hence to not so straight look.

WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is stunning Michel. Excellent work indeed.

Are you planning on making any moulds to sell?

Thanks everyone for the kind comments.
Will post pictures when I have the first one painted.

So when do you start large-scale production, Michel, and who's going to be your agent here in the States? :)

Prost!
Brad

Hi All,
Since last post I've finished the molds for the upper elements and cast the first elements.
The first tower has been assembleb and painted (as well as the others elements that were ready).

Here are pictures of the result. Next ones will be of these elements in the shelves as background for the Durbar figures.

Cheers,

Michel

Michel,

That looks superb! All you need now is an Elephant Battery plodding along in front of it ;):)

Michel,

Congratulations on a really first rate job! I hope you are justifiably proud of these structures.

Top job!

Michel,

That is stunning !!!! I am sure you are very proud of your work. Now I have to devise something similar for my Durbar.

Scott, Simon,
Thanks for the comment.
I must admit I'm very happy with the result achieved, especially as I've never been successful with 'artistic' activities.
Even my wife, who has a very very limited interest in toy soldiers (to say the least) finds these background nice. So that's an achievment !! :D
