Indian Wall for Durbar background. (5 Viewers)

Both of them are beautiful Michel. They are going to look great in your Durbar setting!!!

A newer and a bit more elaborated design of an Indian Palace to serve has a background for a Durbar display.
Two versions of them (brown and white windows)

Cheers,

Michel

These look great Michel, also very suitable for Indian Mutiny dios :salute::

They are both beautiful but I think I like the one with white windows a little bit more.

Thanks !

I agreee I also prefer the white windows.
However, I was stupid enough to ask my wife and daughter which colour would be best and their reply was the brown.
So I feeld complied to make a least one set with brown window. Otherwise I wouls have heard again : if you don't care what I say, why asking in the first place :)

I agree, Great stuff Michel! ^&cool

Will you be selling thiese at the London show next month?

Jeff

Yes Jeff,

I plan to bring some with me at the June Show. I hope I'll have time to make some more designs as well.

And I 'll also plan to bring the roman camps

See you there !

Michel

Hi Michel,
very good work on your Durbar scenics here, and I agree with the other folks that the white windows would be my favorite.
But what about the center gate?
It seems to be just a concrete wall, closed forever.
I think it deserves a bit of detail to show that it is a gate, even if it is closed for good :smile2:
However, this wall section really does look good. Great work!

Hi Konrad ,
Thanks for the feedback.
I agree with you the 'door' (or ansence of it) is the part of the display I'm least happy with
I'll try something else and will poste the result.

Michel

Here is the master where the gate has been opened.
Still need a bit work on it and I then will make a mould of it.

Cheers

And additional modular buildings that are first made to be displayed on 2 levels...

But could also be used in different way.

Next update will be once painted and the already psoted facades.

Looking good, Michel {bravo}}
These gates now, along with your walls, do make an awesome background for any Indian Army or Delhi Durbar scene.
Wonderful.
