couldnt believe this! what did the couriers do - put it in a paint shaker for the whole journey ?

I have a hard time believing that’s due solely to the postal authorities.

It was shipped in this state in my view, there is no way the box is not that damaged and the content is scrambled :(

What a shame and how disappointed you must of been on opening.

While parcels can endure a fair amount of chucking about in their transit, this damage would certainly be enough to make anyone suspicious.

I would ask for a refund from the seller. They can claim from the courier I presume. If no positive response from seller, contact ebay.

That’s amazingly awful, worst I’ve ever seen. I hope you get some support towards refund on that mess.

Holey cow. It looks like someone called in an artillery bombardment on your parcels. I don't understand how they got so roughed up.

This is tragic. The damage is much too widespread and complete to be random. Sure looks deliberate. -- Al

Omg, opening a box of TS goodies is usually something that creates great joy…I’d have gone straight for the bourbon after opening that mess -simply awful

I may be paranoid but I agree with Horus and Lancer. It looks malicious.
And, though I am not a seller, I have a large collection...
And, yes, that is the worst.
Happy Holidays anyway and buying online can be a BLEEEEEEP.

Hopefully you get your money back, and if you do with a bit of work make great battle field relics.

hi all,

its ok I know its not malicious. I know the guy, been selling him stuff for 2 years now. he didnt want a refund, just wanted them fixed and even paid himself to send them back to me to try to repair. TGM's official repairer now having a go at them. he thinks 3 are writeoffs but he can salvage 7 by cobbling some together. We shall see!

All I can think of is they were in a van on their own bouncing around over every bump the driver hit in order to smash them up so well! either that or he put them in a washing machine!

Cheers,

Stefan

and to add the couriers refused to pay out for the damage. they said I didnt take enough photos showing how well they were packed (or not) before posting. and that gives them a get out clause. f*****s

unfortunately the only thing insurance is good for is when it goes missing, but even then in the USA if there is not an initial scan, they try and refuse it. The only time I got paid on insurance claim is when my local postmaster overrode the system and paid me because she knew me. Almost wondering if those packages were opened and deliberately damaged by the post or customs?

So basicially what your saying Tom is that buying insurance is a waste of money?
