K&C Napoleonic Corner (2 Viewers)

The Cuiraissiers are half retired .. and a new collector cannot get half a decent charge going. IMO its Better to start with the Greys (only one set retired), the Sgt Evert set being to best ... riding down some French grenadiers of the line.

Guess it's a matter of preference.

I have only got those Cuiraissiers that are still available now - thankfully those are pretty much the ones that I want. Still enough of them Big Brothers to harass the Guards :)

Cheers

is anybody itching to get imperial guard horse grenidiers? i have carried the crusade for the jagdtiger and when i turn my attention to napoleonics the horse grenidiers are high on my list. little legion did a couple in gloss but that is all i know of

Hi Hawkeye

I would also love to see the Horse Grenadiers of the Imperial guard :D:D:D( The big boots) too, and glad to hear you are Championing them.

But for me;);), i would still like to see the other two regiments of the Union Brigade, Ist ( Royal ) English and 6th ( Inniskilling ) Irish charging along side the 2nd North British ( Scot greys) Scottish to the Grand Battery.

Oh and maybe a Maj-Gen Sir William Ponsonby GOC .

Only because the next road down from my street is called Ponsonby close:D.

Very best wishes Mark

Hello Hawkeye

Welcome to the Napoleonic cause .. I will agree that the Horse Grenadiers is something very desirable from K&C. However, I am also unable to disagree with Mark on the desirability of more British cavalry.

Perhaps then, we could call on K&C to strike a compromise  .. and 'release' all three cavalry simultanously :D :D :D

Sorry .. getting carried away.

Best wishes & Happy New Year to all

Great idea :D, All three Cavalry regiments for the New year would make everyone very happy:D.

Best wishes Mark

Does anyone know when we can expect the first Napoleonic releases

Mark,

sounds like Santa was good to you to.... no K&C for me, but got some ATS Naps from the Retreat to Corunna series that I'm collecting.

Yes cavalry would be fine, but I think we could do with more foot soldiers too, they take up less space, cost less AND you don;t have clean up after the horses :) :) :)

As far as when to expect new ones..... not very soon is my guess..... we have only just got the Gordons and we don't only get about 2 releases per year and whith what been hinted at leaked so far, I would expect any until after the Easter Bunny comes :) :)

John
