Bet that got you excited, Brad :smile2:
I'm really looking forward to seeing them once you got them in your hands.
Cheers!

I was thinking of asking for photos once he started, but I sort of like the surprise of seeing the finished product

Brad can we see yours, or is that not allowed?

Hi Zach

I have some of your figures finished from the set you ordered you can have pics if you want:cool:

John

How can I say no to that!!!!!!

Whenever you get a chance - no rush

Here is a display possibility for a number of single figures.
Using these "Acrylic" or "Lucite" risers also helps to make good use of the often large gap between glass shelves (if not adjustable).

The figures shown were received throughout the years 2010 - 2012.

Happy Collecting!

Great example of a bygone age Konrad.

Does BMSS still sell figures?

I'm not sure, Brad.
It seems that the BMSS has a newly designed website, but I did not get into it yet.
There is no link on the main page for any "selling".
There are a few figures from the BMSS in my "British Empire" collection, but I was only able to get them through the help of Alan Caton "trooper".
That is a few years ago now, and I do believe that the subject might be over by now.

Here's one of the BMSS castings, which I am very proud of to have.
The kit, MC39, was called "Remnants of an Army", Dr. Brydon arrives at Jallalabad, 1842.
Cheers!

Being an Afghan War vet I am very interested in getting this Figure. I think I have even asked in the wanted page here if anyone had one. What is even more peculiar- is that just today, I contacted Nic at Alexanders Toy soldiers, on an upcoming purchase I want to make, and asked him to keep an eye out for this figure.....and boom here it is in front of me this evening in the collections page!!..........so if anyone has one of these, even the casting (I can paint), please keep me in mind. Awesome figure- we have the print on display in the Mess. Regards,
Grant

I too would be interested in acquiring a Dr Bryton figure, if they are still available.

Still have a few BMSS castings. PM me and I will see what I can do. Trooper

One more from the BMSS (British Model Soldier Society) tonight.
It is kit no. MC12 Trooper of the Surrey Yeomanry, 1902 - 1911

A wonderful kit, and a great addition to my collection, thanks to "trooper" and "beating retreat" :salute::

That is indeed a superb model. Too bad BMSS isn't making figures anymore, it seems.
