Hello again

I have a little doubt about the next releases , and hope you could help me.
By the moment , our ACW range hasn't a great reception.Could you show me where we are failing?

I think that maybe we must make complete scenes or units , for example , create more figures of the 5th New york Zouaves or make the irish rgts on Viksburg, but giving you , the customers , the possibility of make a big scene with a range of different figures. (more or less like First legion).

I advice you to chose some regiments (and some flags) never seen, some units of Army of Tennesse, Union and confederate.

I used to be satisfied with the products when I ordered from Emilio last November.

But I have not heard from them lately.

Has anyone else find this problem?

I ordered from Kronprinz three months ago. Never received the package and Emilio doesn't answer my e-mails now.

He had an accident but said you parcel has been shipped and you should receive it shortly.

Concerning my order from November that I never received: I have been told by Emilio three times that this order has been shipped to me. No package ever arrived. I want to believe Emilio. Maybe the problem is with the overseas mail system. Regardless of the cause, the end result is the same for me: no toys and no refund.

I am sorry to hear about Emilio's accident and hope that he is doing better. I think his toy soldiers are great, but they don't do me any good if I never get them.

Dear customers.
Please , forgive me for the inexcusable delay of your orders .We have had
several problems with the couriers (broken pieces , parcels looses and
returned).Apart from, near a month ago i had a little accident fallig down
the stairs and my capacity for work has been decrease, now i'm just
recover. Our company is relativelly new , and although we are wanting and
testing for more personnel , our actual staff ( modellers , painters,
casting crew n moulders etc.) is of two persons , my wife and me. When a
wheel of the machine go wrong .....
if you want the refund of your money i'll have no problem , but i prefer
to maintain you as a customer , but a happy customer of course.
