Can anyone tell me if they think that this Monster is worth getting?:)

I think it is a great piece. It is not cheap, but it is worth it. You can use it in so many different ways in dioramas or it is a great stand alone piece. And while there is no way to predict an item's future value, it seems as though it may very well be very sought after someday soon.

It is definitely a "must-have." I got 2 for myself in the hope of Andy producing the trailer part to transport tanks. The M26 ARV was meant to tow and recover battle damaged vehicles in the frontlines. The M26 Dragon Wagon (M26 with Trailer) was meant to transport tank to the battlefield and carryback damaged tanks behind the lines for repair and recovery.

Any news as to when Andy is releasing the trailer part?

Cheers, I will have a think;):D

Its worth it, I did buy one and its absolutely a stunning piece. Yes, I thought they said something about a trailer to go with it later on ?

If you have the room, then I suppose it's fine. I thought it was a little expensive and frankly don't know what the heck it would go with so I passed.

I have to agree. The piece is huge and expensive for a K&C piece. Because I had no special interest in it and no room for it (especially when Andy makes the trailer for it) I spent the money on other K&C pieces I wanted more.

Ditto to Brad and Ditto to Louis. IE same thoughts here.

That said, there are many who love it!

im one of the many that like it i just think its a bit big for my display area lol plus it is a little on the expensive side

For that price there are other K&C products that I want more. I passed on this one as well because I really can't use it with anything I have.

I have never regretted getting this magnificent model but I'm pleased I waited until the exchange rate improved before buying. Btw, it's heavy but not nearly as long as the DUKW so the M26 will fit ok in most shelving displays.

:confused::confused: What it would go with! It is the greatest K&C vechicle made. It goes with everything ;)

I have two and I am waiting patiently for the trailer version.

Glad you like but the greatest? Hardly.

And it goes with everything? Oh, yeah, I can see it going into battle with a Sherman, knocking out Tigers and Panthers as it rumbles on.

It could run them over maybe?:D

It also has the power of refusal, as in it can refuse to fix up a German tank!;)

I concur.

Armoured Recovery Vehicles are a "must have".

No Armoured Battle Group can do without one in the heat of battle.

:)
