Hmmmm...what am I going to put all of these wonderful new Figarti vehicles in? I need something to arrange them in that ties them altogether in a scene persay :p

Can't see me paying $250.00 when FOV make a 1/32 die-cast one :p one fir $60.00 but I'm sure there sell well :)

At least Rick didn't put the goofy "ladder" stowage rack on the side of his! Nice looking model.

Now we need more figures and lots of stowage! The fun of modeling US halftrack APCs is not just the truck, it's all the crap you hang, tie, or drape all over them.

Another sharp looking model. Rick is really putting out a lot of terrific material.

He always has a great show!

Rick, Super looking model......hope to see this up close....Nice Work....:)....still hoping that you will increase production numbers to 150 in the future

Anyone know why the photos are so small? They didn't use to be.

Hi Kurt,

The pictures are small because I could not get my iphoto (Computer Software) to reduce the resolution to fit just under Treefrogs limit, so my options were to either post smaller or not post at all. When I get back to Shanghai, I will have my IT guys re-do it and give you guys a closer look.

Rick, you can increase the Treefrog image size limit via the User CP link located in the top left hand side of your screen.

Nice photos, thanks for posting.

The rendition of the camouflage uniforms is very nice. These were Army pattern uniforms - the Marines' camo utilities were slightly different. These uniforms were worn for a short time in the summer of 1944 by members of the 2nd Armored Division and the 30th Infantry Division. The US camoflage uniform quickly became unpopular as the troops were being confused with Waffen SS soldaten who were noted for their use of camo pattern uniforms.

Nice looking halftrack. My only complaint would be that the .30 cal. MG barrel jackets look a bit "thick". It might just be the photos.

Speaking of machine guns - I like the use of the 50-round box on the .50 caliber. These were very common through much of the war. This ammo box should often be used on the AA machine gun on earlier Shermans.

Gary,

Thanks for answering the question someone asked me about the camo of the US uniforms. Didn't know the answer and was about to ask :)

Does anyone know when the M3A1 will be shipping out from dealers?

Figarti had 12 which was allocated to the dealers at the Chicago Show. The rest were supposed to be shipped to Matt and Clive a few days after the Chicago Show.:)

Another very popular model. I was told that Treefrog sold their allocation and the halftrack is not on the Hobby Bunker site, so I wonder if that model has sold out too?

Mandi might be talking about the initial allocation at the Chicago Show.:)

I was speaking with Shannon and she was talking about the entire Treefrog allocation. She said if I wanted one now, I would have to go on a waiting list and hope for a cancellation. Like I said earlier, the halftrack looks like another winner for Figarti.
