Hello all!
Overall, some very interesting new releases this month - the stand-out for me has to be the new Wehrmacht infantry.
It's brilliant that this gap of regular infantry for the late-war period has finally been filled, and the figures themselves are very nicely done as well - there's a good mixture of "action" poses, and slightly more relaxed marching and advancing figures as well. I'm already picturing some of these new guys in a diormama making their way slowly up a Norman laneway through the bocage, eyes peeled for prowling Shermans and Allied fighters. Anyway, very versatile and needed figures, so more than welcome from here

! They'll fit in nicely as additional oppostion for most of K&C's existing late WWII ranges, including D-Day, Market Garden, Fall of Berlin.
Hmmm, now that the Summer Panther's on its way out, it means it's decision time for me! I've been sitting on the fence about that one for a while, looks like it's time to do or die now!
As regards the new ACW figures, not a period that really interests me at this point in time, nor a subject that I have any particular knowledge on, so I'll leave discussion on them to the more knowledgeable members of the forum. If nothing else though, I do think they look extremely colourful and distinctive

.
As somewhat of a side note, thank you to Andy for taking the time to post. One thing about this forum that I've found remarkable, and has consistently impressed me during my short time here to date is the willingness of big players in this industry like Andy to enter into dicussion and respond to comments, and even criticism. As a consumer, out of a long list of things I might spend my money on this month, this is without doubt the only area where I might reasonably expect to have queries or suggestions responded to by the head of the company - it's something that for me anyway, is definitely appreciated.
Cheers,
Molloy.
