May Dispatches (2 Viewers)

Yesterday i was reading some 'After the Battle' books and was looking at the issue regarding the shooting up of Rommels Car on the 17th July 1944.(Rommels 'Accident' they callled it).He was i understand travelling in a Horch when the Spitfire found him.I wonder if any of the repainting experts on this forum maybe tempted to buying an extra Horch and repainting it for this incident?.I can imagine someone like Alex making a superb job of this.

Rob

Maybe K & C will do a series of Rommel's Rides ;)

:( "ROMMEL" doesn't look like himself, in the 'NEW DAK HORCH? Also Dissapointment that there isn't any N.Africa Sets WW2 for JUNE? The GERMANS, NOT SS; but WEHRMACHT in their Field Grey Uniforms Late 1944; would have been Priority, instead of MORE SS! Also, their isn't any MORTAR Teams, PANZERFAUST Teams, ANTI-TANK GUN Teams, MG Teams?:(

I really like the new Werhrmacht soldiers and their poses; I think they will fit in any front, East or West….Good dispatches….

Cheers:)

I agree, these new figures are spot on for me.I've needed more Germans for my bocage and they have been outnumbered by my allies...things are about to Hot up behind the beaches!

Agree. These are just what I needed to oppose my D-Day guys!

Thank you Saracens and Crusaders fans- you took the collective KC bullet for the rest of us this month. :D

Looks like this range may not be a go for me. It was on my long-term radar as I had gotten the special figures, but there are too many others in line ahead of them. I was hoping they would stay out of retirement for another while, but I guess it's not to be! Perhaps one of the new ranges planned for later this year will tickle my fancy.

Rob, how many armoured (Tigers) did you have for this Battle? I asked because I am working in a new Dio related to Normandy early days of June 1944, and the Village Bocage interest me. But I personally don’t have the Wittmann Tiger.

Cheers

Rod.

Great looking figures...I will be adding all of the WW2 items to the collection.:)

HEER HEER

:D:D:D

Great set of Heer releases, great poses and variety, all must haves for me, looking forward to getting them:)

The retirements were brutal though:eek: Here's me the other day dishing the new japs and now I've gone and bought all of them  Got the Figarti jungle emplacement diorama piece recently , for the old jap releases i recently got, thought I might get the 'newer' japs in time to come  Got all my japs at TF but they looked liked they were getting low on stock

The crusaders was a surprise thought they'd be around for a while , but figured the ones retired aren't must haves for me,

Gepard Flakpanzer was gone from TF but still at K&C

What a month:eek: A demanding but satisfying dispatches:cool:
