I was reading one of the threads for the Figarti show and saw that the ME 110 would be available in different schemes?

The "Wespe" version was shown at the show.

What other schemes will be made?

Will they be for future release or do you have to choose what scheme you want?

Any information would be appreciated so I can plan my budget!!!

I think you can choose the scheme but I think you need to supply the photo.

Wayne,

Can you give me a link for that photo since I want to get a desert scheme.

Thanks cobber (think I've been around Howard too long :wink2:).

From the little research I've done in the past day, making it in Desert may depend on which variant the Figarti model is as they went from Bf 110B through G. The one shown by Wayne is an E.

This site, http://wp.scn.ru/en/ww2/f/318/2, looks like a good resource, although I would be interested in others that people may have come up with.

Cheers,

I just wanted to supplement the fantastic "Wespe" version with some great aviation art so please enjoy!

Left Print...
"Flying out of Wels in Austria, II/ZG 1, the Wasp Wing as it was known, was a veteran Luftwaffe unit of the Eastern front and the only surviving unit operational on the Me110. When in June 1944 Wasps participated in the attack against U.S. bombers headed for the city of Budapest, it was the last time the Me110 was flown into battle in daylight. Here P-47's of the famous Checkertails on escort duty, suddenly and ferociously attack two Me 11O's of the Wasps."

Right Print...
"Messerschmitt Bf 110 E2’s of Zerstorergeschwader 1 (ZG/1) ‘Wespengeschwader’ move off for another ground attack mission on the Russian front in 1942. Like Schnellkampfgeschwader 210 (SKG/210) before them, from which they were formed, this geschwader flew their hazardous low-level attacks with a stylised wasp on the nose of their aircraft."

Horrido,
Marc

Good pics mate cheers again for posting.
Plus if i did get one of these i think i would go DAK,or this one.

I would like to see a night fighter version or a rocket firing Version

The ME110 eastern front version is superb, I'll most likely go for one, but I second Uksubs on that desire... Those would certainly be my preffered versions!

Rick...

All this talk of paint schemes of this or that kind is interesting. However, I would like to know if I could just buy a ME110 unpainted and do it myself in my own variant and with my own markings??

Look forward to your response
Mitch

Good idea Mitch

This is very interristing. I have a model of the ME-100C "Destroyer" (grey) made of Mahogany in The P.I. with virtually the same paint scheme. The only difference is that it does not have its wheels down. Identical yellow design on the nose of the plane. It is one of my favorite models. I was wondering if anyone else had this model Regards, Larry.
