Just wonder what interest there would be in KC making a Me 262 Night fighter ? 427e304ea06f2b576e4395fadcd6ed5c.jpg

superb picture. I would like to see one but, wonder how fragile and what problems the Lichtenstein radar would cause with transport etc

I'm not into buying planes but I'm very curious - did this version have any success? I'd have thought its very high speed would've been problematic for night fighting?

Well if it packed well I can't see the radar aerials being a problem mate as Figarti had no problems with there Owls

Yes they got some kills against the RAF. Mosquitos in the single seater version and two man version

i would buy one only if the paint scheme was exactly as shown, i wouldn't want it coming with a lighter than advertised paint scheme. it happened on alot of corgi german planes. if kc produced the plane you are showing it would be a "HOT" seller just like the jagdtiger was and how normandy fallschirmjager would be. hope you are listening andy

'Neil I would very much like to see one of these, just as soon as I've got my Mosquito night fighter:wink2:

A Mosquito night fighter would be very nice Rob but which version would you go for ? Nice bit in the Daily Mail this week about the RAF top night fighter aces during WW2 as well

Will check that out Neil (just posted a new DM article about crashed WW2 RAF wrecks)

I wouldn't mind what squadron as long as it was black, or black/Green. Sorry Neil didn't mean to drift from the 262. There are plenty of choices for night fighters aren't there, 262, ME110, Hurricane , Bolton Paul Defiant, cough cough please Andy, cough cough:wink2:^&grin

A Me262B night fighter would be cool mate but don't think there was a winter version:tongue:^&grin

Yea, good idea for a nightfighter, BUT, FIRST, lets get a regular 262 , this time with NO PILOT, with a open cockpit and NOT a tail sitter! How come we haven't gotten any ITALIAN planes from K&C yet?

why we haven' t got any italian planes? Maybe because almost all of them fell down without being hit ^&grin

Yours might not be a tailsitter, but remember, when these first came out, a few people on the forum complained they had a tailsitter...
