A new ww2 bersagliere for my dio ( there are very few italian soldiers made, and in not useful poses for my dio) made from a ww1 del prado turkish.

The flavour my african dio will have ( rather a very small part of it).It will be about an italian refueling area near the " Via Balbia", the long road built by the italians in northern Lybia.I will start it in summer at my home at the seaside.There will be many non combat actions and I will have to make more repaints, but finally, I will have what I want I think.

Thanks for the comment, I take pride in my work, and when Wayne comes over with another box of figures, its always a challenge to see if I can achieve a finish that fits in with the original paintwork and style, and going on his close up photos, I do

I can testify to that, ....I send in a challenge and John adds miracles with some of my requests for changes....lately we are into " giving life back to dead soldiers.....I hate to have in my collection dead soldiers or ones that having been shot are falling to the ground....). So to fix that I get them over to John and they by miracle are up again{sm2}{sm2}:salute::
Thanks to that all my dead are coming to life again.....

Still preparing my african dio the KC drums are more realistic with gas stains.

The sets I am listing now are all repaints and modifications.....pitty I did not keep pictures of the sets before and after.....all this was possible due to Obee´s great skills.....These sets are in average more than 30 years old in many cases, but now they seem to have just come out of a brand new mold..^&grin

Having fun improving another del prado : I didn' t like the shirt colour same as the pants and hat, so I changed it into white; and I made the eagle forgotten on the hat and improvement on the ranks.^&grin
