they are all fantastic Wayne...your skills are awesome...

Looks like you were trying to use all the lady figures from your collection! :)

All excellent mate.

Wayne,

With each of your dios, you capture the moment so well.

Steve

Very nice Wayne. All three are great, but the hospital scene is tremendous in all aspects. The scene with the ANZACs and girls is also really fantastic and life-like.

Those are amazing!!!
Thanks for taking and sharing the photos

Personally, the one I liked was the wounded German surrounded by his family. The level of detail was just superb-and it only got a third!Well done Wayne.

Superb dioramas! Thanks for sharing your excellent work with us.

Brendan

Great scenes all. The prize for Wayne's entries goes to Wayne ! :salute::

Steve

Agree with that Tony. I had opportunity to preview that one and got smitten. It just has everything in the story. It evokes an array of emotion to which all can relate; like seeing a story you know but can't quite remember where you heard it. A really great composition. I think this was just in the wrong competition and belongs in a class that was not represented.

What wonderful dioramas! {eek3} I love that kind of scene...

Keep going, don't stop, mate!

Cheers

Enrico :salute::

Having seen the Diorama it's the detail that Wayne puts in place from mats on the floor to pictures on the wall.

Agree the attention to detail in these two scenes is amazing. So many little accessories to tell the story. All the figures are so appropriate in their poses. What a pleasure you must get Wayne, in setting these out and bringing your ideas to fruition. You are indeed a master. Robin.

Thanks Robin, my hobby has moved from figure collecting to Diorama creating. I no longer buy figures unless I can see how they may fit into a certain diorama scenario. Increasingly I am looking at interior scenarios for dioramas, the scope is large for such ideas and I will not restrict myself just to the Great War, but it will always be my fav era. There is a need (from my point of view) for the producer's to consider such things as not gluing figures in chairs and vehicle's, not gluing items to tables and etc, and hopefully giving the buyer the option of loose bases on figures and such. This will help those of us who like to create dioramas. With the advent of three D printers the possibility of more 1/28..1/30 furniture and etc is not just a pipedream any longer as well. So in the long run more scope and availability of a diversity of diorama items and suitable figures in the scale we use will allow the creative juices to really flow.

As ever Wayne...Outstanding work and creativity!!!
Andy.

Fantastic dios! My favorite is the first one with soldier barrack. I just love all the tiny details tucked away on that one. All of your dios are very well composed, imaginative, and have such precise work and story telling. Thanks for sharing!
