Hello ANDY! What I would like to see K&C go to a Heavy Plastic and Metal ARMOR/Tanks and Vehicles; and having Moveable Tracks! I Never cared much for Polystone! Maybe( TITANIUM Metal Figure's!)^&grin:) If I wanted to Collect Plastic, I would have never Purchased K&C Toy Soldiers! Also, I like the 1/25th Scale Size, rather then the 130th Scale! Andy, don't forget the ITALIANS coming up soon, N. Africa! ^&cool^&grin

Andy, the customers always right. Stop production and make the necessary changes.

Color me confused; so you want K & C to go to a heavy plastic and metal for their tanks, but you never would have purchased K & C if they were plastic?

So you want plastic, but you don't want plastic?

Is this one of those AT&T commercials with the little kids?

You're asking for logic? {eek3}

I think I liked John better when we got one of those 100 item requests.

It's time I got off this forum. I read John's post and I not only understood it but can translate it into English. {eek3}

He wants AVFs to be in a heavy plastic resin with metal parts like gun barrels and working metal tracks. He has never liked polystone. As for figures, they should be made of titanium and not plastic like the new ones are going to be or he would never have begun collecting K&C figures. (I'm guessing titanium must be better for sculpting and painting)

John wantss Andy to switch to 1:25 scale as a preference.

I completely agree. Why not plastic resin and metal AFVs. Why not titanium figures. And why not 1:25 scale.

Kid: "Its queen to make it funny"

AT&T Moderator: "He doesn't get it"

Hey Im just pleased his Caps lock key isn't sticking as much as it used to .

And don't forget to eat your raisins before they turn to grapes.................

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, too funny.

And BTW, if you did not already know, the actor who plays the moderator in those AT&T commercials is one of the new cast members on Saturday Night Live.

And about this thread, I know people are giving John a bad time, but I will take these discussions over the scale type ones anytime.

I have a better idea .........

K & C should do his figures in the future of gold. It is a little bit expensive, but the resale value is secured. so...no plastic.......but metall.{sm4}

Sorry for my bad english......... :rolleyes:

Nice to see a member mocked for his suggestions. Whether in jest or not (according to how you will justify it) some of you guys need to look in the mirror
Mitch

Mitch,

I don't think we're mocking him, more laughing with him than at him. You really have to know John, he's a character, but he doesn't always make sense.

Brad

One sort of side issue of all this is that since the whole question of resin/plastic has been raised one or two folk have thought it means the end of metal figures from K&C, it's not the case if I've got it right and any resin/plastics are designed to augment current ranges. So for collectors of LAH, Naps etc it will be great but for other WW2 ranges there won't be so much scope, so for those ranges it looks like it'll be business as usual....as I say IF I've got that right.:smile2:

Rob

So let me get this straight.......you "like" a post mocking John's idea about Titanium figures by suggesting gold instead and then in the post right after it scolding everyone for mocking his suggestions?!?! Outstanding......how is your mirror looking these days?

Funny I was thinking the same thing, but I'm full of prescription drugs and other lotions & potions right now, so figured I was seeing things or had simply missed something.

I'm sure in time Mitch will enlighten us and post a small novel in explanation.......either that or buy himself a new mirror{sm4}
