My workbench (3 Viewers)

Delayed spring cleaning but it had to happen otherwise...

This is an illusion until next year.

Wow, I had forgotten about this thread! Thanks for your new post and giving it a bump, Vic!

It was fun to go back through this thread and look at the posts. I also thought of the people who posted who aren't with us anymore, whether they've passed on, or just moved on.

Regarding my own bench, I eventually got around to adding a hutch back to it. I planned it for several years, but never executed the plan. When our lockdown started here in PA, I had the time. Here's what it looks like now:

Note that most of the figures on the bench in my earlier photos are still there.

I've been painting at the kitchen table, too, because it was too cold in the winter to sit in the basement. I still haven't moved my painting things back down yet, and they might stay in the kitchen till next winter!

Prost!

Hi Brad,

yeah. This thread went from garage/basement to penthouse workspace. We’ve brought it back down to dingy dive standards. Hahaha.

Here is my workbench, looking out onto the back yard.

I discovered stick ons where you can attach them to the back of extension plugs. So I attached my extension plug to the wall (finally!) and am generally quite pleased with the arrangement. Will be acquiring another work light for this area.

Hi Wayne,

Make sure you drink the right stuff...

Cheers.

After completing another big diorama, I was instructed to clear up my workbench as Xmas is coming

So I bought a couple more cutting mats and overturned the old ones to create a top covered with mats. I arranged my figures into neat piles for new projects. The photo doesn’t do justice to my efforts but it’s definitely an improvement on the previous situation 😂

Dear friends,
I just came across this thread...amizing to see everyones´work area...I see it as the place where you convert dreams to reality and or give a second life to a poor little friend forgotten in someone´s attic....Congratulations! I try to imagine the fun hours you all spend at your work areas....keep it up!
After all the outcome from your dedication is a happy and most likely unique add on to the collections...
Cheers
A-C
