Martyn, the camel corps figures are great. The last time I was at the Toy Soldier Shoppe, I almost purchased the Trooper firing over the sitting camel.

Maxwell meets his end?

The Sudan gunboats were however the star attraction at the LL stall. Someone else has posted a picture on another thread.

I second your hopes for the 17th coming, and I would love to see some boats from LL, might even drag me kicking and screaming into the Sudan era1

The package I was waiting for arrived and it contains the "Gun Team Under AttaCK" set. My camera is at the cottage, so no pictures tonight, I will pick up the camera tomorrow and post pictures on Sunday night when I return after depleting the lake of Blue Gill and Bass, maybe a Muskie if I get lucky.

Back from fishing, not a great fishing day for me but the neices and nephews had fun and I must admit so did I.

My total count of fish was small but I managed to untangle a couple fishing lines, baited numerous hooks and retrieved one fishing pole out of the lake. However, I did manage to catch a couple. We only catch and release.

As promised, here is my lastest addition from LL.
