So I just got the new issue of Toy Soldier & Model Figure Magazine and what do I find but a nice little surprise. These figures look great and I'm starting to get the WWII itch again. The DAK fighting poses are remarkable and look to be very well done. Plus the headline indicates that the opposition is "close at hand". Sorry about the poor pic fellas but if you want a better image just check out the magazine.

They look great.

Little disappointed in that I was hoping for more Winter clothing clad Stalingrad Germans, but have no complaint on the figures themselves.

I also really like the summer Stalingrad German with the shoulder MG and ammo belt around his neck and cigarette in hand. He looks amazing

A lot of great sets coming soon, the Dak sets look wonderful!!! and I agree with Hunter the Stalingrad soldier with the ammo belt and cigarette looks bad ***, hopefully a newsletter will be arriving soon...Sammy

Woo Hoo, they look great ! Now we need (ok...I want) a new German vehicle !

Thanks for posting those pictures! The DAK figures look very nice indeed!! :)

Wow talk about good timing . . . . I knew there was a reason to start collecting DAK . . . . Nice looking action poses . . . .

Nice looking figures :salute::. I really like the two Stalingrad figures on the left, the one with the three tank destruction patches is a real bad *** for sure :salute:::salute:::salute:: . Thanks for sharing the info , regards Gebhard

WOW:salute::.....Good to see the DAK range really developing....Also glad to see more new early Stalingrad Germans....Both ranges as usual seem to have excellent poses and detail....FIRST LEGION RULES:salute::

The DAK battles are not my first interests in WWII but, these figures look very good from the pics. I do look forward to some Brit troops.

The at rest Stalingrad troops look good and as with other comments the MG gunner is the pick of the bunch. The two winter troops depict the look of despondency that must have been felt by troops of the 6th armie

Joe,

Thank you for the heads up about the new figure releases from First Legion. They look awesome!

Alex :smile2:

Definitely getting the two at rest summer Grenadiers for Stalingrad. Have to decide between the sunny DAK and bleak winter Stalingrad. Probably will start channeling some summer weather and move on to DAK.

Just get them all and be done with it man!!! :)...Sammy

Many DAK jackets look too greenish to me, they have the same tone then the stalingrad ones. Kaki helmets and green jackets....^&confuse

Some very nice action poses there indeed, but am looking forward to seeing the 8th Army a great deal:smile2:

Really like the Winter Germans and sounds like the 8th Army is on the way in Africa! Wonder what kind of light tanks we will see?
