If I am not mistaken the best selling K&C series would be WWII, Napoleonics and Crusades. WWI and AWI are probably up there now as well.
I would agree that K&C's marketing is trying to bring in new collectors with new and expanded ranges. In this economic climate, however, it might be wise to give their core customers more consistant availability of the most popular series.
The "core/loyal/addicted" collectors will spend even if they have to sacrifice other essentials (e.g. keep the heat down and eat less).
I am happy for those who are getting their wishes and perhaps I will spend my monthly allotment on other makers this time around.
No complaints just some philosophizing.
