NEW Fw-190 (1 Viewer)

Yes Mike.....Fw-190A-3 from III/JG.2 is piloted by Armin Faber.....the same pilot that landed his brand new Fw at Pembrey airfield in England...so this plane can make a good "cross over" type display for some ( German or English subjects )
...
And provided much joy and work for the blokes at Boscombe Down. Funny what a little quirk of weather and navigation can produce.;)

NEW Fw-190 Price List

Dear All

I am pleased to announce that the retail price for Luft001 FW190 will be £90 plus VAT in the UK and $155 for the rest of the world. The aeroplane has now gone to production and should be ready at the end of July. There will be 2 versions available as follows:

Luft001A – European Theatre version as flown by Armin Faber in 1942. Faber was the unlucky German pilot who made the mistake of landing his FW190-A3 at Pembrey airfield in Wales in June 1942. The capture of the aircraft provided a gold mine of information for the British forces who had even been contemplating a Commando raid into France to try and bring back one of these aeroplanes. Fortunately Faber saved the British the trouble and the rest as we say is history. This is a very historic aircraft and as such will fit into any airfield diorama – be it German or British. Limited to 200 of this version worldwide: at these numbers and this price they are bound to sell out fast so pre-orders being taken now!

Luft001B is a tropical version ‘White 6’ of our FW190 as she would have appeared in the Mediterranean theatre of operations. Limited to 100 sets worldwide this version is also bound to be very popular with collectors.

The above photos are of pre-production samples only and there will be some small improvements before the finished product is launched, complete studio photos will be published shortly.

At the same time as the release of the above we will be releasing 3 Luftwaffe figures (Luft002, Luft003 and Luft004) in 2 versions suitable to compliment both versions of our new aircraft.

Last but not release we will also release our field workshop set (ACC Pack001) which will comprise a table, a mobile generator, acetylene tanks and trailer plus an oil drum with pump. Designed to go with an army workshop or airfield maintenance scenario this set will bring any diorama to life be it Allied or Axis.

kind regards

Thomas Gunn

I already have a pre-order in for the tropical FW190 with a dealer . . . I will put in a pre-order with the same dealer for the figures and field workshop.

The tropical stuff is, for me, the best by some way and can just see the airfield dio's that can be done with the stuff that is being released by all manufacturers

I would presume less overheads I would not like to consider anything other. I bet there will be plenty more on the horizon.

Collectors are having a good time lately with some of the decent prices coming out from a lot of manufacturers
