New lines or favorite lines in 2012 (1 Viewer)

Hi all, now that we have a small hint of some release dates on some upcoming lines and there have been some talk from Matt on the Canada forum, what say we take a shot in the dark about what we think the 4 lines are or hoping for a favorite like me.

1. WWI

2. 7 YEARS WAR

3. AMERICAN INDIAN BATTLE OF SOME SORT

4. SAXON (reaching here)

Wish I had a crystal ball to see if I have any correct? but I guess all will be revealed in time, and Matt is welcomed to post his choices as well...Sammy

P.S. a Western Front theme for a subline for WWII would also be welcoming whew, almost forgot to mention that!!

1. War of 1812 (It is the Bicentennial, after all). Would love to see the Battle of New Orleans, for all the variety it offers.
2. WWI (Particularly 1916-1918). Verdun, Somme, Meuse Argonne
3. Agincourt (or Azincourt if you are French).
4. English Civil War.

Would love to see more artillery!

2) Afghan/Russo war 80's and/or Afghan-US 2000's

3) WWI Late War (Germans)

4) WW2 (Any late war with Waffen SS)

5 "WILDCARD SELECTION" Balkans wars of the 90's

At some point, we need a quality manufacture that will do quality "modern wars". All that soviet bloc armour, and those modern camo us desert uniforms.. that is cool stuff!

I hear ya.....the potential for sinkage for me this year is mathematically significant with four new ranges to be announced{eek3}.

If FL jumps into WW1 with Verdun/Somme figures, I'm sunk. Mid-war figures in FL style would be a must have as I imagine the realism of the figures would be unequaled. -- Al

I don't even want to think of First legion doing a WWI Line {eek3} I had the Honor of walking the Fields of Verdun last September while on Vacation it was fantastic a dream come true for me . All I can say is that if that were to happen I would have to quit at least one of the lines I'm collecting . I would also love to see First Legion do an Eastern Front WWI line that would be awesome and quite different . Regards Gebhard

I think there are alot of guys just like yourself who are just waiting for First Legion to do a Westernfront line and if it were to include Waffen SS I can see Matt now trying to count all that Money ^&grin . Love or hate em First Legion march to thier own Drum and to be honest I'm having a very hard time keeping up with what's out know I don't need another line to tempt me farther {eek3} . Regards Gebhard

Waffen SS yes, and keep it to the EAST!!!, enough westernfront The BEAST is in the EAST!!!
Still too much more in the Eastern Front to cover. And when it comes to WW2 more interesting.

I somewhat agree. I wouldn't be oppossed to western Front Waffen SS, but i "prefer" Eastern Front SS. Tons of stuff could be covered on the East. Battle of Budaphest, Berlin/Seelow/Silesia and the forests surronding berlin. And dont forget the late war battles in Vienna area and Czechleslovakia! Also, don't forget, the Waffen had the coolest uniforms ever!

Yea, FL does march to there own drum. Which is a double-edged sword. I mean, i think they should drop some lines, and concentrate more on Romans and WWII. But i aint the business guy.. If FL keeps doing well, im happy for them
