today arrived my new release Figarti 280mm K5 Railway gun. Photos below. looks awesome....

I saw the 1:1 scale gun in France about to years ago at Battery Todt, near Calais ... well worth a visit.

Wow! Looks really nice. Never been a fan of Figarti, though...great vision, but the stuff I ordered usually arrived broken in some way.

Sad but true, I stopped buying Figarti, and even sold all but One of my Figarti sets because of damage issues. The only Figarti set I have is ETG-049, large Cargo Halftrack. However I sometimes regret selling all the V1 and V 2 sets I had {sm2}

The only Figarti sets I like were the Iraq sets. Still have them and like them.

Do typical Figarti sets like this normally come in suitcases that are used to contain the nuclear missile keys?

First time I've seen a model in a case like that, an impressive presentation.

I have four Figarti tanks all of which arrived without any damage. The foam and heavy cardboard box seems to protect the contents quite well. The Camera Case used to ship the Railgun was a good idea for protecting a heavy model.

Mate would never sell any V sets let alone any Figarti sets a sad day when they sold up.
