NEW RELEASE: Rome 43AD Catapault & Fighting Sets

TCS Lays in the next installment of our sell-out range: ROME 43 AD. We had no idea how popular the range would be when we started but I can tell you it has been the fastest sell out range ever.

This installment brings forth our catapault team, two combat sets and our first battlefield deaths! Swords were made a bit thicker and the lorica segmentata with 5 shoulder plates per collectors requests. The catapault has working parts and can be put in any position.

This series already has next or the third installment at our factory so " let the good times roll "! These sets are released with our late February release catalog. The image is from our February catalog, if your not on the mailing list for this free publication get over to our site and sign up!

Cheers!

Very nice Brian, another winner, a little different for the Roman collector. You are spoiling us. Cheers, Robin

The catapult set looks very nice.

Great release Brian! Love the catapult! I can't wait to add these guys to my collection. You said it "let the good times roll".

FANTASTIC releases!!

Still need some rank and file legionaires.

That optio busting that Celt up is super cool.

One question- is that a Centurion with the Onager?

Also, the dead Celt with the arrow sticking out- I suppose that means we will see some Archers in the future?

These are great. I don't do Rome, but that catapult set is very tempting as a stand alone, or in a battery. Very nice. -- Al

I like the catapult to my collection{eek3}, but lack the federal cavalry in the range ACW^&grin

Those look great. That catapult set does look very good indeed.

I think these new sets are great - though my buying will concentrate on the figures, with the catapult and crew a maybe. One thing though, the wording of the announcement seems to say that the initial figures are sold out? Surely not - they've only been out a few months!

Actually one thing I would really like to see is some long hexagional shields for the Celts. These are quite iconic and of course they add greater visual variation to the warband!

We were just finishing another set of fighters up, let me see if we can change a few of the shields: great input!

Cheers!

"ditto!"

Thanks for the support Patrick Swayze!

That's a bit harsh - you write so much dribble that I thought some positive re-inforcement when you finally make a relevant observation might build up your self esteem. I see that my collection will pass yours over the coming weeks - that's got to hurt!

Not as much as spending what I'd need to keep ahead. In this Toy Soldier world you are my protege and it's a credit to my mentorship that you are about to surpass me. So Jack, soar.....
