Ugh, you people are killing me. I try to have restraint in my toy soldier purchasing but you won’t stop blathering on about how great these figures are. Since you are right, it makes it so hard to resist!

FOMO - I agree with you, another problem i have is i am still missing a few of the older sets then John releases sets like these and i jump my collecting schedule. I collect the Saxons and the Vikings, currently my favourite range, it seems to be getting better and better.

As Mike Miller pointed out on the JJD Facebook page the 3 piece Viking set released this month is probably the best Viking set John has done. Great poses and great faces. Fantastic

these are really great looking figures...at $50 a pop for the 3 piece set...if you have not seen close ups of them...they are a steal...great sculpts...great faces...great paint jobs...

That's excellent paint on the kneeling figure for sure. Wonderfully detailed sculpture with carefully applied paint layers. Nice tone variations on multiple surfaces.
