New Sherman M4A1 75 mm Gold Edition (2 Viewers)

Great Sherman Louis! I'm still waiting for both my Sherman and Panther. It should be any day now.

Thanks Frank!! It really is something special. I can't wait to see photos of yours when you have them all set up!:cool:

As nice as the HB backdrops are, wouldn't it be cool if they would produce a larger diorama base for sale?:cool: Or produce a series of modular backdrop bases, so they could be pieced together to make an entire street scene, with several different ruined buildings, and sections of wall, street lights and street signs? I would line both shelves of the HB cabinet with the modular backdrops (the cabinet already contains 4 different HB Backdrops), and set up an allied shelf and an axis shelf.

Okay Louis:

Now you're talking! ONTW started doing one and only released one of three a few years ago. I think it might have something to do with Ken Osen leaving the company and things kind of dropped through the cracks.

Interlocking dioramas pieces with different themes (urban, rural, etc.) that standalone or connect as an on going story.

Again Louis, great idea who's time has come IMO. Static dioramas are the best but are limited by there nature, hence the term "static". Modular can approach the quality of a static displays but offer so many more possibilities.

Obviously, all of my dioramas are modular.

I can't wait to see your tanks and believe it or not, I'm especially interested on how well your Panther turns out. Keep us posted,

Carlos

Come on Frank, Bill, N-P, how about some shots of yours?

I just received a parcel delivery notice in today's mail. I suspect this is my armor shipment :):) . It takes a while to get stuff through the border. I promise I'll post some pictures on the weekend. I've got the new German Pionere set that I have been meaning to photgraph as well.

Here are a some pictures of my Sherman
