sheesh people are going on about this as if its some huge new discovery , its a website , not hard to do and way over due for a company this size. God if I can build and maintain a successful retail website then surely its a doddle for someone with the financial clout of K & C.

Oh and whoopee it can be seen all over the world ... thats the beuaty of the worldwide web !!

Mostly I agree-- but it is still something to get a website up and running, especially when it is a conversion from an older site. They don't always work first time - look at the Obamacare site. There are lots of badly designed, unworkable web sites around. Seems like K&C got the right people to do the site and followed a proper testing and implementation. K&C probably did some trial runs and lots of bug fixes before allowing public access. And the site has to appeal to many different cultures from flashy enough to attract Americans while being simple enough for Kiwis to use. ^&grin
